6. Pro License

Autografik Pro is sold as a one-time lifetime license for personal or commercial use.

Each license is valid for one individual user
License keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred to third parties
Pro features are activated upon valid license key verification
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the Service does not function as described
We reserve the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraudulent means

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOGRAFIK AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autografik and its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autografik operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
